I only saw my surgeon once before my surgery. My mother to this day questions if she was even in my surgery. When I go for follow ups I see a PA. I have to say the PAs have been a huge support. I feel like this site has kept me motivated though.

I'm six days post op. I cried yesterday thinking I made the biggest mistake of my life. I find coming on here and reading success stories to help my mood. We knew what we were getting ourselves into and I will get better!

8 days post op is pretty soon to be looking at weight loss! I am five days post op an haven't stepped on a scale yet.

I was banded on Thursday with Cigna!! And I was one of the first to only have to wait 3 months!!!! Congrats we lucked out!

Oh I hear you. The liquid diet an I are not friends. I was actually in years today thinking why did I do this. I know it's for my health and I will be happy in the long run.
