  3. the changes in my eyesight was the toughest for me because I had just had LASIK surgery I was really bummed out. It's better now but it lasted a long time. I think my vitamins help when I take them faithfully my vision is clearer when I slack one eye gets fuzzy.
  4. I should add I have been with blue care network / blue cross blue shield 20+ years. They know my history, that also helps!
  5. I think insurance companies want to make sure u have really tried to loose weight, you will stick to the new lifestyle and u are mentally ready for what's in store. It saves the insurance co's money if they can get us healthy so it's worth the money. I know mine pays a lot for me to see numerous doctors/ specialists. We all want me healthy. My heart doctor is special to me and I discuss things with him before I do it. If he supports me and he says my heart is strong enough for it. I do it plus he wanted me to loose weight too. I have a great team, they all supported the RNY so it made getting approved easy, they all wrote letters or addressed it in their notes. It's best to have everyone on the same page because we all want the same thing in the end!! Best Wishes 2 U All!

  8. I had that too. It freaked me out I went and bought a tongue scrapper. It went away but it looks sooooo gross. Lol. Hang in there it gets better!
  9. Lol! I'm still wearing my same bras 3 months out I just have to tighten then. My boobs are smaller and deflated but I'm okay with that. Lol
  10. I will have to check it out, those shows make me cry. I wind up crying like a baby I use to love the biggest loser, but I cried so much I gave it up. Lol

  14. That is weird, but I'm going through the same thing. Luckily I still love pickles but my taste buds are wacky
  15. Be careful with chicken and eggs they r both tricky and both have made me puke. Take it slow and chew like crazy!
