Its an amazing show.. shows full transformation for a whole year. Its 2 hours long.

Not to mention, the trainer Chris Powell is some good eye candy! Hahaha :D

    I love this show. While its a bit different as I've chose a different route but it's still inspiring. Indeed...Chris Powell can come train me anyday.

    I will have to check it out, those shows make me cry. I wind up crying like a baby I use to love the biggest loser, but I cried so much I gave it up. Lol
