  1. I was told not to do any abdominal workout
  2. You may experience shoulder pain from gas. I am one of the few who got sick with anthesia and nausea for two days. Once the anthesia wore off I was fine.
  3. I had my surgery July 31st, but I feel no restrictions when eating....,, I just have to tell myself to stop
  4. I think I will lose more weight when school starts back!!!
  5. I thought about going back to liquid diet too for a few days, that is when I lost mine!
  6. I am very thankful for my band, but I really wanted the sleeve. My mother-in-law had the sleeve done and a friend/coworker and they both have lost so much with little exercise. I did not get the sleeve. Because I would have to pay $12,500 compared to the band/ plication at $5,500. I am still happy.... I had my surgery on July 31, 2012 and weighed 197 when I went in and today is August 19th and I weigh 180 . I can't complain! I do feel my band and I am scared of something happening or me doing something to strainous that could damage it.
  7. My appetite and want for food is still here!!!! I still have the want.... But I have to think about where I want to be!
  8. You can buy tea that is all natural in the tea section of the grocery store that helps!!! All natural! Drink a cup of this warm tea before bed and the next morning you should go! The tea is called, Smooth Move. Look at HEB and I know Brookshires have it with the herbal tea.
