  1. I can eat more at 9 weeks out for sure. I try to measure everything to make sure I don't over eat. If I don't measure I usually pay for it!
  2. I'm 9 weeks out and 50 lbs down!
  3. I have crazy curly hair and it did dry out even more after surgery. The Nexxus Therappe shampoo and conditioner have worked wonders! It also tamed the friz quite a bit.
  4. I usually get cold when my T3 and T4 thyroid levels are off. I used to FREEZE before starting meds. Not too bad after surgery. We live in AZ and keep the air on 75.
  5. Yep. That friggin muscle hurt SOOOOO BADDDD!!!! My surgeon says it is from a stitch thta gets pulled and is very common. It was the worst part of the whole thing. At 5 weeks it just went away suddenly. I woke up one day and it was gone.

  14. That is right. I usually have a premier for breakfaast after the gym. I can't eat more that 1/4-1/2 cup of food at a time. Usually closer to 1/4 cup. I try for cottage cheese and tuna a lot for the protein but can't eat enough to get enough cals. Especially if I'm trying to get enough fluids. Drinking Water makes me very full for a long while. I don't really drink anything else except prottein when I have too because I'm so full from water.
