  3. forgive yourself and go on, the cravings will decrease eventually...
  4. I'm 3 months out and it's pretty bad... Had plenty to spare at first, not so much now...
  5. My husband and I have ALOT more hootchie koo, lovin', wild thing, whatever you wanna call it. Sex, i'm talking about alot more sex! LOL!

  7. I read that the caffeine restricts blood flow to the stomache, thus can delay healing... I drank coffee from the get go and didn't have any issues; ( hadn't read this at that time), and then there's also the dehydration issue.

  9. I started this journey at 186 lbs (near the heaviest I had ever been), and have a small frame, so my ultimate goal is 125-130. I'm at 145 now and if I didn't lost anymore I would be happy, but i'll be happier if I lost the 15-20lbs more... I think wherever you FEEL the best is what a person's goal should be. And above all HEALTHY...Hope to get into size 5 jeans...wear 9 now...

  11. Miralax does great for me, one capful daily in 4oz water...
  12. Have 1lb to go to meet my Thanksgiving day challenge! My stall broke the past 2 weeks...
  13. I'm also taking in protein shakes (forgot to list), so probably getting atleast 60/70g. protein/day, and lots of water... Take a protein shake for brkfst. and another at bedtime to keep me from getting up and eating in the night. I sometimes have a shake for lunch/supper if on the run, and at work...

Surgery August 28th 2012 Pre-op weight 186lbs and gaining Today's weight 149lbs and losing Eating tuna, chicken,veggies approx 1/2 cup 4 times/day About 600 cal/day I'm rarely physically hungry, sometimes have "head hunger" still Walking 1 mile 3-4 times/wk. I feel great physically and mentally! Several NSV's going on....Down 37 lbs!

  17. I was sleeved aug 28th and do not regret it for one minute. I have lost 37lbs! Just keep your eyes on the prize when you have any doubts!!!
  18. I had surgery aug 28th in Tj Mexico and was perfectly safe. I was with an associate at all times and the doors to the facility were locked at all times. I felt safe. I had a great experience, the care was great... You'll be so glad you did this. I had a LOT of people say they wouldnt go to Mx. for this but i would recommend it to anyone...
  19. Many of us have, it is fluid weight from the iv's at the hospital.
  20. My goal is 125-130 I have a closet full of cute clothes that will fit me at this weight, and I felt great at this weight 5 years ago...

  23. I started off at 186 had surgery with dr almanza Aug 28th 2012 and now am down to 149-150.. My goal is 130. I am very small framed and am proud of the weight i've lost in these 2 months. It has been slow-going at times,but has picked back up this past 2 weeks....
