  1. I use Opurity chewable lapband vitamins. They're not bad...
  2. Congratulations, you'll feel better all the time! Just walk alot...
  3. I like Zone bars, they have the appropriate ratio of fat/carbs/protein. Have 15 grams protein and taste great, cinnamon roll and chocolate peanut butter are my favorite. Very filling...
  4. You need to get up and walk around (not an easy task on a plane) to prevent blood clots. Move around in your seat often....
  5. I've lost 29lbs sleeved aug 28th as well!
  6. I told everyone i had vsg , I just didn't feel like having to sneak around about it . I haven't had any bad reactions yet from anyone, matter of fact it allows all my peeps to share in the jorney and encourage me and cheer me on!
  7. They do suck because you don't have the satisfaction of seeing lower numbers, But I have noticed my clothes stilll become more lose during a stall...
  8. Protein is needed for healing, energy, and fat burning....
  9. I got no special treatment, but didn't really need it.
  10. 8 lbs in a week is very good...The stall is normal...
  11. I'm 5 1/2 weeks out and my hair loss just started yesterday...When I shampoooed i had quite a bit of hair lost...

  13. I drank coffee the whole time just cut back drastically, i was not told to stop drinking it by my surgeon
  14. When I was waiting for surgery I Thought it would never get here! I was so excited to get started on my journey....But it finally arrived and I am so happy, I'm down 26 lbs...
  15. I found the weakness/easy fatigue to be more bothersome post-op than the pain...
  16. I was off 1 wk after surgery but would have done better if I had been off 2-3 weeks. IT depends on the job and how you recover. You have tired weak days and good days post op. If you lift at your job you'll need more...
  17. I was sleeved Aug 28th and still have days like you're having. I just try to make sure i get in protein shakes/fluids and rest...

  20. I work midni8ghts and I take 40oz. bottled water to work with me , plus my protein shakes. Thats what I eat at work is the protein shakes and it helps me get in m y water. I sip sip sip at work.

  22. Sleeved aug 28th and have been in a stall for 3 weeks (well ony lost 2 lbs in 3 weeks). it stinks!!! Just waiting for the stall to end...
