Having surgery aug. 28th with dr almanza was wondering if he had to repair hiatal hernia if he included this in the price (probably not i'm sure), and if not did you have to pay for it then? or would you be billed?

I am having surgery aug. 28th with dr almanza at hospital jerusalem. it's not fancy, but I know people who have went to him and have good reviews, however, if I were doing it again and just getting started on choosing a surgeon I would go with dr otiz and occ. Hi, I'm having lap-band surgery August 28th 2012 wit Dr. Almanza. I'm trying to find someone who's having surgery on that day. I'm a member on lapbandtalk.com but couldn't find anyone with the same date for wls. Just thought it would be good to find someone to know a little before going as i'm going by myself.
