  3. I live in Elkridge bordering Columbia! How far are you in your journey?
  4. I'm a little over 4 months out. I eat sushi all the time. If I get a roll I ask them to make it with less rice. Just so I can actually eat more of it. I will eat 3-4 pieces of it depending on how prissy my stomach is being. I've been eating sushi (rolls/sushi/sashimi) since a little over two months out.
  5. I quit my NUT because she's an actual nut and I get nothing out of it! They can't make you go.
  6. Teen years: 36 DD at 180 Before surgery: 44 H at 263 Current: 38 G at 194 If would like to be a lifted D or DD
  7. I'm 5'5" 1/2, my original goal weight was 175. I'm a curvy girl. But I'm thinking that might not be good enough now. Idk. I weight 195 right now, 4 months out. I was just wondering what your goal weight was? I have a medium frame.

  9. Thanks for all the info everyone! I'm 35-40 lbs until goal and am assuming I'm going to need a tummy tuck and at least a breast lift. A friend of mine got her insurance to pay for her tummy tuck, I'm not quite sure how though. That would always be nice.
  10. How long is the recovery time for a tummy tuck and a breast lift? I'm only 4 months out from vsg, but I'm assuming I'm going to need these.
  11. Thank you! I always found ONEDERLAND pics inspiring and thought I would share mine. It still doesn't quite seem real. So happy!

  16. ONEDERLAND baby! That was actually the day after Christmas! I'm 196.8 today. 4 months out on 1/4/13.
  17. Never gained but I'm only 4 months out on 1/4/13.

  20. I don't know if I was ever supposed to drink Gatorade but I did and still do. It was a lifesaver. But I chose to drink G2.
  21. I'm almost 4 months out and yes I would definitely do it again. 66 pounds gone and no complications. It wasn't the easiest for me right after surgery, but I would do it all over again!
  22. Hi, I have hypothyroidism and PCOS. Both can cause you to be tired and lose hair amongst other things. I had surgery 9/4/12 and as of today have lost 66 pounds. I've lost a little hair, but it already seems to be coming back. And the tiredness is just now starting to improve. Your body needs to heal. The doctor told me with some people it can take 3-4 months to get your normal energy back after this surgery. But of course it depends on the person.

  25. The numbers are moving for me and I just convince myself that I will eventually see it! I'm very happy regardless!
