  4. Wow good for you! I'm 4 days out and am also feeling good. Still sore but much better than I thought. Congrats on the loss!
  5. Me too!! Good luck!!!
  6. Good luck!! Mine is tomorrow!
  7. good luck!!! I'm going tomorrow!
  8. We have the same surgery date!! I ate the same foods as you until I couldn't move I was so full. Now I concentrate on my protien, veggies, and lots of water with mio or crystal light. Everyone has been saying "if you can do it now why have surgery?" They just don't understand that I've done this before and if I could stick to it on my own I wouldn't be fat. We can do this!!!!
  9. Thanks!! Jean that gave me a good laugh! I am trying not to listen to him but it's hard. I have been on my pre-op diet and lost so I am confident that I can do this. I want to be heathy and fit for life and I know this is the right decision!!
  10. Hi everyone, I'm due to be banded Aug. 29th and have been excited (and a little nervous) about it. This past weekend my brother in law told me that his sister almost died from the band. She lost about 100 pounds and gained it all back then she exercised like crazy and lost it again. The band slipped after she lost it the second time and her stomach rotted. She only has 5% of it left!! Has anyone ever heard of this? It made me very nervous!! Thanks.
  11. I'm having the same problems. My surgery is Aug 29th and I have all I can do to stay out of the kitchen. Hang in there!
