Like most, I have been struggling with my weight for what seems like forever. I am very fortunate in many ways... I have a great husband, wonderful kids and a job I love. However, my quality of life is falling as my weight increases. Tying my shoes, walking up stairs, playing with my kids - all of these things make me feel winded. I can't find clothes that make me feel like a professional and I have been feeling more and more out of place with my friends and family. Worst of all though is the feeling that I am missing out on my childrens' lives and could be passing my poor habits on to them. I need to make a change and I hope the LapBand can help!
