  1. If we had called you b***h, it would have meant girlfriend, b/c that is what we call each other and CG is our Princess b***h!
  2. NO ONE WAS TALKING ABOUT YOU!!! At the top in pink it says "That b***h, I'm a Princess" that is are logo, that is it nothing to do with you!
  3. LOL, Dear that is the name of our group Banded b*****s and the Profile picture says That b***h, I'm a Princess. That has been there for weeks, no one was talking about you, I swear! If you could actually go into thread we we're all talking about what we did today. Someone got a NewWave oven , ppl are cleaning house doing laundry, some got their nail done. Thats all! Relax!
  4. A week to the day of sending in paperwork. Waiting to hear is the hardest part. Best Wishes!
  5. I've read both threads twice and I see no where anyone called you a b***h. Please direct us to the post! CG is a long standing successful bandster here ,when you attack someone who has helped countless ppl, we will come to her defense. I know you say you weren't disrespectful, but a dozen of us say you were and some of these ppl I don't even know. What would have been nice and made this all go away would have been a simple, CG I'm sorry if I came off in a condescending way and I apologize. That was not my intentions. Do you see how many post we each have in our profile, we've been here along time and yes,we are going to stand up for each other. Best wishes on your journey!
  6. CarolinaGirl I enjoy all your posts. You are always so kind and compassionate. When I first started here I learned so much from you and I thank you! Don't let OP upset you, obviously she is just interested in comparing her success to someone else, but just like you said, we're all different and different variables. Some ppl should not post, if they obvious don't want objective replies!
  7. A little bit of whatever you would like. Protein first and 1glass of wine would not hurt. Many here like their wine. Not a wine person myself. Everything in moderation! Personally I would go for Prawn, steak(only b/c sauce on chix could hide a lot of fat &calories), fruit. Way to much food for a meal, just eat a little of each and give the rest to hubby or send it back. Have fun!
  8. CG, print this and read it everyday! !!! Well written GF and so true!
  9. The Chai tea I drink is decaffeinated . You do want to watch that right after surgery.
  10. I have a new wave and though I never made a whole chix, frozen chix thighs come out juicy in 15mins. It's great when you fail to take something out of freezer.
  11. I want to go to tmf's house! This is the first time in forever that hub & I will be alone for Thanksgiving. Hub doesn't like turkey , so I think I'm making him a slab of ham and getting me a turkey loaf(sounds appealing huh?),mash taters, stuffing, gravy & a pineapple bake.
  12. That was a good thing about tea too, you can get 8oz down pretty easy. I like Earl Gray, but drink Chai tea most the time. Reminds me of Christmas.lol
  13. Warm tea helped me too, seem to make swelling from hernia repair & banding feel better.
  14. Plus you just had your surgery, let your body heal and ask your Dr.
  15. Then knock that crap off!!!!! Great post Florida!
  16. AJ along with myself will hold you down while Flo, Cheryl& Grammy whack the hell out of you!
  17. Thoughts &prayers to all sweetie!
  18. Best wishes coming your way! Keep us posted!
  19. Congratulations fellow bandster! You can have sf jello, water, decaffeinated coffee, crystal light, sf kool-aid, diet tang, diet snapple& sf popsicles
  20. Yes, if you're on a regular diet there's no reason you can't go and have a good time. I'm sure there will be healthy choices for breakfast & dinner. Eat slow, chew a lot, protein first, veggies& good carbs. Isn't it funny how we relate being away as a food thing? Enjoy your surrounding company , where you're at, who you're with and only eat for nutrition, not as entertainment. Have a wonderful time!
  21. You will be swollen for a few days and most likely have gas discomfort, but everyday that goes by you'll feel better and better. Follow Drs orders, walk and drink your fluids. Congratulations on being on the banded side!
