I've always had ring guards on mine. My hands swell up & down all through the day. A jeweler puts them on and they're cheap. Have had mine on for 20 yrs.

Well everyone seems to be saying the same thing. "Stick to your Drs instructions". Hmmmm,are we all rude? I don't think so. Everyone here wants every lap bander to succeed and the only way to do that is follow your Drs instructions and rely on your LB team, meaning surgeon,nutritionist & therapist.

What Dee isn't saying is she keeps vodka in that bottle.lol
