  1. Thanks for sharing. I think you look great and your excess skin is not bad at all. Congratulations on your success.
  2. Okay, so now I am on the registry just reading random bedbug stories.....why or why do i do this too myself as I sit in my bed on my laptop....Thank you for the site, great resource.
  3. Thanks for sharing that is great information!
  4. I know hubby will be glad once I have the surgery!!! I miss having the urges...
  5. You ladies got me giggling tonight! I pray my urges come back. I have a nice stiff one laying next to me and most nights I am just not interested. This is coming from a gal that you to like to get it in when she could. I know it would make my hubs happier.....
  6. Good! How are things going at home with the babies?
  7. I found running/jogging at my current heavy weight was bad on my knees and other joints. I actually like it too, but have hung it up until I loose some weight. You don't want to injure your back and then be prevented from working out at all. Just be careful. I actually went to incline walking on the treadmill and let me tell you it is a fantastic workout. This is a workout that I do and I wrote it up for one of my friends. You start at any pace that you are comfortable with. It is a great workout. Warm-Up for 5 minutes at comfortable pace 3.5 Increase your pace if comfortable after at 5 minutes 5 min increase your incline to 5% 7 min increase to 6% 9 min: 7% 11 min: 8 % 13 min: 9% 15 min: 10% 17 min: 11% 19 min: 12% 21 min: 13% 23 min: 12% 25 min: 11% 27 min: 10% 29 min: 9% 31 min: 8% 33 min: 7% 35 min: 6% 37 min: 5% 39 min: 0% incline 39-41: 3.5 pace 41-45: cool down at 3.0 Let me know if you have questions..you can increase this work out to an hour by adding and subtracting more intervals.
  8. Yeah, I went in once....crickets..
  9. And don't forget never trust a fart! That just makes me giggle.
  10. My husband hid my by the directions of nutritionist. She wants me to break my habit of everyday/twice a day or more weighing habit. But I had/have the: EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom scale w/ Extra Large Backlit 3.5" Display and "Step-On" Technology 28.95 at Amazon. I love it! Pretty accurate. Let me tell you I have put it to the test. Hop on Hop off, that was my routine. Did not fail me.
  11. Welcome back! Good luck in your days to come.
  12. I know one on here....she should be chimming in any minute! Welcome aboard!
  13. I am so sorry you are feeling so bad. Sometimes we as Moms need a break and it is okay. Realizing it is have the battle. You need this time to recover and heel. I don't think your feelings are abnormal or make you less of a great Mom. You will be healthier because of this and with that be able to tend to them even better. But you gotta take a moment if you need it. Can the 7 year old put on a favorite movie or something for the 3 years old to keep him occupied? I am not sure what time zone you are in, but if you are east coast or central it is almost bed time for the 3 year old. But him/her to bed a little early. You may feel better in the morning after a nights rest. Tell hubs you need a break.
  14. Funny enough my husband already expects it. The surgeon warned him I guess I get a b*tch pass for a few weeks!
  15. HA. Send them away again. Just kidding Girl, as a Mom myself I don't know what I will do. Actually, it is good that my daughter will be back in school once I have my surgery. I think I would be ready to jump of the balcony if not. I hope you get some good advice because I may need it too.
  16. I had a reduction in 2003. Went from DD to B. I had a kid and gained 40 lbs, boobs did not change. However, with this last gain of 40lbs I am now a full C. I am thinking I will do a lift after VSG. They still look decent, but who knows what they will be after the VSG.
  17. Oh wow! I never thought about picking them up at the movies.....Geesh thanks! LOL, one more place for me to be paranoid. I used to carry Lysol with me to hotels, but Lysol ain't doing nothing for those buggers!
  18. Yeah, they kinda have that effect on a person. I feel bad for OP. I never would be able to sleep.
  19. Awww you could of warned us there are photos in that link! lol
  20. Yep, that is it! And since they stopped using it those things are everywhere EWWWWW. I get nervous everytime we stay in a hotel. They give me the ebi jebbies.... And all you have to do is take one home.
