  3. six weeks out I wasnt hurting at all. I just dont know about the rides... but my guess would be you should be good to go. Have Fun!!
  4. I dont love it ... lol... but I am stressing today because it was raining and I cant get my 2 mile walk in... reminds me I need to find an alternative to walking outside
  5. The surgery is afterall a tool... There might be underlying issues with poor food choices after going thru all this. Maybe a therapist could help. Good luck my dear!!

  12. bbdoodle, I have been thinking about getting some sort of heart rate monitor.... what do you use. I use my Iphone to track when I walk and am starting to jog a little so was wondering if there was something I could hook up to it or really just not sure what I want to get.
  13. I try to get 65-90 grams a day. I went thru a bout of hairloss and a couple of stalls and the protein helps on both accounts. Or so I have found.

  15. Jenn hit the nail on the head about the way most of us feel. Its heartbreaking to be sure and most of us cant relate but we are here for you every step of the way. Vent away girlie!!! You look amazing.. and I am so proud of how far you have come!!!

  19. I have little episodes I go thru every now and then. In the beginning much worse than now. Gosh in the beginning I was having a pity party alot... Guess it was the mourning of loss of eating food... My friend, my soother my go to guy. Now that I'm down 118 lbs... Different things take up my time... My relationships with my family is better and I have other activities in my life that do not revolve around food. This too shall pass. We all mourn the passing of our old life in our own way. Just remember the best is yet to come!!
  20. How far out are you? I'm 6 months and can still only eat about max 5 bites and then can't eat anymore. Maybe go visit your nutritionist???

  22. Okay... I'm weak... I stepped on the scale!!! But lost a pound. Woohoo... Another confession... Anyone step on the scale or move it around to get a different reading?? Lol!!
