My hair did fall out.. Upped my protein started taking biotin and using a shampoo called garnier fall away (or something like that) noticed a marked improvement after a month so don't know which one to credit!!

I have an iPhone and the way you do it in a thread is to hit the + button right beside the send button. To add a profile pic go to your profile and click where the pic would go and it will talk you thru it. Hope that helps and welcome

I only did a one week liquid diet but like someone said earlier every doctor is different... Follow your doctors orders. He or she knows your history and can best advise you

Dude find another forum. Apparently you have a huge chip on your shoulder. Nothing you have Said is helpful to anyone. Maybe we aren't the right fit for the "issues" you seem to have.
