First 5K Since Surgery!

Did it and finished right about where I wanted to time wise! Can't wait for the next one! Picture is of me this morning...80 lbs down since surgery!

    Thanks! I trained using an app called "Couch to 5k" and I run with a local group here in MN called Mom's on the Run. Really helps to have friends to run with!
