  1. Is it caused from the sleeve surgery or you would have gotten it anyway? My kidneys are bad now too. Let me know what they tell you. I was told the sleeve only affects the treatment but isn't a cause What did they tell you?

  9. Oh ok... I was instructed to take it with a bite of no sugar added natural apple sauce. But yes all doctors guidelines are different... As long as you know what your doctor instructs your all good
  10. I love popcorn and kettle corn and they love me!! I eat it and its no biggie... I actually get satisfied very soon after eating it so its not much. It's a great snack and a must at the movies

  12. Everyone's answers are so great and right on target. I just want to add that it gets so much better as time goes by The positives totally out weigh the negative after six or seven months. It's a progressive journey. One that will change your life for the better.
  13. Your stomach is on the left side so the healing from being cut and stapled could last up to six weeks. Just keep in contact with your doctor so he can tell you what to expect and monitor your process. I remember hurting for 6 weeks... Some bad days some good days
  14. Capsules should be opened and sprinkled in apple sauce in the beginning. Hope this helps

  16. How much are you able to drink at one time? Liquid is very easy for a lot of people post op.. Some would say its a blessing. It helps with keeping yourself hydrated. Can you tell us what your taking in?
  17. My hair didn't start falling out at all til 6 months post op... I kept up with all vitamins and proteins. The hair loss is from the anesthesia. Good thing is it grows back. Just sucks for a while!!
  18. You should probably be weary of that guy lol Don't walk near his door he may pull you into his home and keep you!!
