WOW!! You are doing awesome!! I would be ecstatic to lose that much weight and need a tummy tuck!

I am having surgery March 9th and I weigh 310.

Do you have any suggestions or hints that you used to help you?

Yes spanx is my best friend now. The extra weight I'm carrying around now is just excess skin. -__-
