  1. I took one just to see what it taste like, its chewable & basically almost melts in your mouth as you chew. I believe its just for when things get stuck. My nurse told me to take 2 if it happens once I start reg food
  2. A friend of a friend lost 150lb, her Dr recommended Spanx to help with tightening the skin
  3. Any banders from Va?? (Close to Richmond??)
  4. My nurse described them as working as a "grinder" to help food pass thru. They are less then 5.00 at Walmart for 180ct
  5. Thanks for the tip I will buy some next time I go to the store. As of now I put about a spoonful of low fat Mayo & a ton of mustard since it has very few calories.
  6. Only hard part I am dealing with is the not drinking before during or after eating. Had scrambled eggs this morning & I tried so hard not to drink during... but ended up drinking 10min after.
  7. I was banded 5/31 ... I am now eating low-fat cottage cheese, canned chicken/tuna with light Mayo & as of last night, can tolerate one stick of string cheese. I started preop at 327, currently 310. My incisions itch sooo bad from healing, & I have been able to sleep on my stomach for the last few nights (thank gosh!) Looking forward to starting to exercise soon
  8. I was banded 5/31 ... I did my 1wk postoperative liquid diet, now onto mushy food for another week, but I've tried little solids (canned chicken, string cheese) & there is no restriction at all... I have only 2cc's til my 1st official fill. Should I have the feeling of being full yet???
