    Motivation is the word you can do it!!! I was in a stalled as well stuck I was 175 know 170 and just like you I want my 160 to get here soon that's is me goals all the time 10 pounds until I reach my goals... wish you the best of luck on your journey...

  4. Today am sad..I have been very sick because my sugar keeps dropping very low. The doctor said it don't happen very often that some patient might gets hyperglycemia after the surgery but a side of that I have acid-reflex that's killing me when I drink water or eat anything. I usually weight myself once a month so I can see the difference. I have Lost 34 pounds already but now i'm in a stall since July 10th. I weighted myself today and am at the same weight as of July 10th...any suggestion.....

    I Did It The Baked Ricotta!

    IlyssaDel, I saw the recipe and I decided to do it. It very good and it taste like lasagna. Shelly's Baked Ricotta 8 oz of Ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 large Egg, beaten 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning salt & pepper to taste 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place in a oven proof dish. Pour marinara on top and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the oven @ 450 for about 20-25 minutes (best) or nuke it till hot and bubbly. I usually made it first in the oven and heated the leftovers in the microwave

  10. Thank you very much it was my glucose it was very low, but am doing much better know I made ice-cream out of Protein and it is working.
  11. Thanks I will try but any protein I have tried makes me very sick. I hope this works for me.
  12. I went to see my family Doctor and she said my sugar is low, anemia, the calcium and protein is low. They gave me medication and a machine to check my sugar level. So far I have lost 20 pounds but i feel very weak i am also in the liquid diet. I have not change to pureed. I feel sick to my stomach with any protein I have change different flavor and nothing. What should I do?

    Any June Sleevers?

    Omg same here I can't get to drink my protein when I want to throw it up. But I do drink peppermint tea and it feels good in my tummy. I have to speak to my dietician to see how are we going to work it with the protein. I just can't tolerated and am never hungry!!!
