Just want to say thanks everyone for your input on my breakdown.. I have since started to do "Walk away the Pounds 2 mile" which lets me further know I am just able to the 2 mile lol. And I have start to plan my meals. Today Im going to get a menu together for the weeks of what I can eat so it will make it so much easier for me .. thanks again hugs

Hello everyone . Ok here OS the deal I started at 252 I am 3 months post op tomorrow I've lost a total of 42lbs..I'm struggling with exercise and my meals..I haven't walked in 3 weeks and when I did it wasn't consistent..I need help!!! I don't eat correctly because I don't plan any meals. I snack as I go. I need a breakdown of what to eat breakfast lunch and dinner..and an exercise plan...please help. I need motivation to get me back on track..any feedback is greatly appreciated. Oh I'm at 210 right now and I should be well in onederland.

Oh and since u are preop u can make changes now

Hello Jones I am so in Aww of u losing so much I was sleeved in April 20 and was 236 and as of today I'm at 214. Tell me what u have been doing.. that weight lose is spectacular keep up the good work
