  2. Still full liquids here. No mushers till next week. Today I could make mush out of a bone I'm so in the mood!!!! But I'll hold back , cause i know each day is its own journey. Lol. Yesterday Was a. Great day. today...eh. Can't believe it's been a week already though.
  3. I really see a lot of these same post about the fills. I'm only 1 week post op today, and the band fills we're a big discussion in our health group. My surgeon specifically said its clear liquids for 2-3 days after a fill. Then full liquid again for 2 days. Then slowly ease back to foods. Is this different for everyone too? Just wondering

  5. After this surgery, I'll be happy to be healthy, if there's excess skin. Right now, I DoNT care!! Least of my worries. Just want to be in good health do I can run around with my grand babies - whenever that happens. Hopefully not for at least another 15 years lol!! In my mind, doing the skin removal surgery is too permanent. But I know for some it's a nessecity. Good luck with everyone's choices.
  6. Day six post op. and Still on full liquid diet, tat does consist of the yogurt, pudding cream of wheat. And I'll tell ya. I'm full!! I'm forcing myself to sip and take little bits!! Cause I know I need the nutrition:) good luck. It's gotta get better right!?!?!!! Hahah
  7. CONGRATs!!!! Mine read 198 yesterday and first time under 200 in 12 years!!! And best part it ain't ever going back up:)!!! WTG!!
  8. I'm 6 days out and still have little bits. Super itchy , but itchy is a sign of healing. Doc said LEAVE IT BE! And I have. I shower every day and it's almost gone. I've healed wonderfully so far:) good luck to u!!
  9. Luckily I took some pain med around 7 last night and a gas x, and hubby rubbed my back a but, It worked. I was Afraid I was gonna have to sleep standing up!! today I'm feeling good and HAPPY to be on full liquid!! Woohoo!!
  10. Hope your ok. I was told directly by my surgeon a fever of 99 or 100 is an ok thing because the body is in a healing state but anything over the 100 mark To call immediately. Good luck!
  11. Got it together?? Ha! Not me. But I'm doing exactly what the other post said. One day at a time. One hour at a time! Each is better. Yesterday morning was really tough! Today I slept Really well and feel like I'm on the up & up:) its really an emotional & physical roller coaster. And I know I'm not alone with this unbelievable amazing website!! Thank God for that! Good luck:)

  14. Eek. I'm having that pain now and I'm only 4days post op. Please god, don't let this continue for that long!!!!!!!! Good luck to u! Hope ur pains ends very soon!!!!
  15. So happy for you!!! Pre-op I went from a size 20 to a 14 in jeans. I was amazed. I'm less than a week post -op and got a couple magazines in the mail, I'm circling things I'm GOING to wear in future:)
