  2. Yeah that's probably what it is. I'm trying not to take meds much. I will try the heating pad and will relax this weekend. Hope you feel better. I hope I do too. Three of my cuts are good n dry. It's the bottom two that are taking longer lol
  3. I had no pain when I started work on Monday the 18th but I started having discomfort in my incision where the stomach was pulled out since Wednesday. I'm exhausted and it's barely Friday. I'm sitting too long n walking way more. Good luck to you

  5. Talk about no beef for me either. Chicken n shrimp have been good to me I feel better now taking some water in.
  6. All I wanted to try was the meat n sauce. I'm not doing it anymore. I'm waiting for my 30 mins to be up to drink some water. I hope it does t make the feeling worse
  7. I hate that I gotta throw up feeling.. I had two bites of spaghetti w meat n now I feel like I'm gna explode. My eyes are tearing up. My esophagus feels like its all tight. Does this ever get better? It's starting to pass no vomit this time thank god cause I'm at work. Had to step outside n get some air.
  8. I was sleeved June 4th and I've been able to keep almost everything down. Chicken, Shrimp, beans, eggs... But No Beef lol that one came back to haunt me lol

  10. No pain here either. I'm 3 weeks out and can have my shake 8oz without a problem. It's when I eat that I'm like whoa that's not working lol

  12. It feels so good getting in the scale and being 40 lbs lighter. I'm so happy that I decided to get the VSG Surgery. Yesterday was my first day back to work and my clothes were falling off lol my favorite pair of slacks looked like gangster pants lol. I just can't stop smiling now. Its like I can't believe how good I feel.
  13. Right? It's 109-112 F here almost everyday. I wanna be where it's Cold!!

  15. 3 weeks out getting 2-4 oz depending on what I'm eating. Liquids are my best friends at this point
  16. It is fun! I'm already getting comments asking me if I'm losing weight which feels AWESOME!!
  17. 16 lbs before surgery. 22 since surgery. 38 total
  18. Try walking and getting fluids in. The weakness is normal I started feeling better after the Gatorade 02. That made the dIzziness go away.
