  1. I was told no straws but wonder why. I accidently used a straw a couple time while out but nothing adverse happened. I wonder too how long I need to follow this no straw rule? Help Anyone. .
  2. snacks are important to keep from over eating at meals. And it helps from spiking blood sugars that lead to weight gain. I am at 1200 calories a day and losing about one pound a week with 30 minutes exercise per day at least. Sometime it just that your body is losing inches too. I keep track of inches too.
  3. interesting bc my fitness instructor said that often you do gain weight when you start to work out on a regular basis because muscle is denser and heavier than fat. I saw on the show celebrity fit club that they dispelled the myth and said that they weigh the same. But! I have gained weight in the two weeks I started working out 30 -45 minutes a day with Weight resistance training on top of that. I wonder why, when my caloric intake didnt change and I drank enough water. Hmmm? BTW it helped get rid of that awful fatigue a month after surgery so there is no way Im going to stop now.
  4. I had an IV but honestly I was out so fast after the "happy relaxer" they gave me to drink in pre-op.
  5. I really liked making protien pudding and sugar free jello. Felt like I ate something when I was liquid only.
  6. I was fine with no problems.
