Pre-Op

I'm having the hardest time loosing this last 6 lbs....anyone have any recommendations? I go to the gym 2hrs at a time mainly cardio when I don't go I take my daughter on 2mile walks, I eat 3 Times a day and am good about portion control. Anything else I can do? Or should do?

How many calories are you getting in? If you're working out that much, you may be getting too few calories. You could try mixing things up by having lunch for breakfast or different things like that. Depending on your plan, you could even eat a little less at meals & add in some snacks. You could do weights at the gym instead of cardio or do a combination of part cardio & part weights.

I would say I get in about 1300-1500calories a day some days a little more. The meal plan that Kaiser gives you says no snacks 3 meals a day and a ton of water.

snacks are important to keep from over eating at meals. And it helps from spiking blood sugars that lead to weight gain. I am at 1200 calories a day and losing about one pound a week with 30 minutes exercise per day at least. ;) Sometime it just that your body is losing inches too. I keep track of inches too.
