I have that letter too...but you know insurance companies...they'll find SOMETHING you didn't meet! *bangs them on the head* LOL Where in Indiana are ya from? I'm from northwest Indiana, Schererville specifically! Woot!

I had horrible gas pains the other night, I can only pray the surgery doesn't feel like that! lol I thought I was dyin'....was weird! I'm curious to read that article now!

Woot...well my paperwork was submitted to my insurance company on Monday...so now it's the wait and see period! FUN FUN!!! Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!!

Nope...the chick is supposed to submit all my paperwork today. If she doesn't call me by 3 to let me know what she's done, I'll be on the phone calling her! I'm anxious and want to see what needs to be done! I did find an old WW book that has about a year worth of weigh ins...who knows what that will do! I did go see my family doctor Monday, and he said he'll get me whatever I need to get the surgery...if I need documentation that I've been visiting him for 6 months...he'll do that...etc! Woot! I guess that's a good thing...now I just wait for this Yuko chick to get back to me!

This is my wonderful insurance company! I was wondering if any of you have this same carrier, and what kind of "hoops" they made you jump through? I'm pretty sure I have all the paperwork they are requiring...but I'm sure there will be SOMETHING I don't have...and will have to continue jumping through these "hoops!" The insurance chick at my surgeon's office is supposed to be opening my case today and submitting it! Woot, I can only pray and hope it goes smoothly!

As you know, I'm still in the pre-band stages...I'm from Indiana, but have decided to go with Day One. The Psych Eval was a piece of cake. Just answer a few questions, and then another sheet that had 25 questions. We then just discussed my answers and asked about my family life...what I was going to do differently...etc. Now I just wait for Yuko to submit all my paperwork...I have a feeling this part will take FOREVER!!

Sweet, that would be awesome! I'll keep you updated. I'm hoping the insurance chick sends out the paperwork by the end of next week! Then it's just a wait and see period! I'm a high school teacher...in Merrillville. I'm one of the special education teachers at the high school! I wouldn't trade my job for anything...those kids are amazing!

I'm just nervous on whether my insurance is going to come back and say that I need a 6 month supervised diet! So...Monday I'm going ot my regular doctor to get a note stating that I've tried....EVERYTHING and have had absolutely NO success! I'm anxious for the surgery...I've been working out continuously since I found out about it, and have been changing my eating habits big time!

It's downtown Chicago...it's a bit of a drive.
