I've had one....last Tuesday, and am going tomorrow for another since I don't have any restriction

Yeah...he couldn't find the port...it was a weird feeling. I wish I had more of a fill...lol I'm going to call them tomorrow to see if I can get in early next week to get another fill.

omg lol He was diggin' in there with that needle tryin' to find my port. It wasn't painful, just an awkward feeling. I could feel the needle pokin' around inside me...lol Anyways, I don't know how many CC's he put in, but he doesn't put a specific amount in, says he'll fill it based on the resistance he feels from the port/needle. I'm back on liquids today and will push forward with soft foods on Thursday and back to regular on Friday. I thought for sure I had gained some weight since last time, but I lost a pound according to his scale. Of course, it's different than mine...lol I'll stick with mine, it's 4 pounds to my advantage! So I go back in again the Tuesday before Thanksgiving....should be fun! If I don't feel any different Monday-ish, I'm going to see if I can get in earlier!

I guess there's no better time to join this thread...I've been single for over a year and have recently gotten back into the dating scene. I've been on a few dates the past month...but both have been with my ex. lol He moved when we were dating last time, and I refused to do the long distance thing. He's back in town...and we've been talking/hanging out since! It's fun...who knows where it's gonna go tho. My options are still open for others...lol

i can't wait to switch out all my clothes...i've kept all my summer stuff so far (even if i am down 40 pounds)...I guess i won't believe it until i see it kinda thing...lol

I actually had my surgery on a Friday and returned to work on Monday. I've got my own classroom this year, so there wasn't a lot of moving around. Though, I was really careful when I did have to go in the hallways, I just kept my distance from the children. Awe!!! Poor thing with the pants falling down! Mine slip on occassion, but my butt still holds them up! LOL Maybe one day I'll be that lucky...for them to be THAT loose! Nice job on the weight loss insubordination!

I was over 300 when I started...330 to be exact! Bleh.... I'm currently down to 287ish! Woot!!!

As soon as my sterile strips fell off, I put Neosporin on them daily. Now that my incisions are healed, I put Cocoa Butter on them

No idea....I just hope I'm eating regular foods by then lol

I'll get my first fill on October 30th! Woot!

Woot...was advanced to soft foods today....and I get my fill on Oct. 30th! Woot! :eek:

I also promised myself I wouldn't buy new clothes until I'm down about 100 pounds. I'm sure I've got all the "in between" clothes in my closet. LOL For Christmas, I am asking for new clothes...But I don't want them until Feb. We're going on a cruise then...and THAT is when I'll need the new clothes for sure!

lol...thanks guys! I've yet to be released to work out....I go to the doctor on Tuesday. Hopefully he'll release me! Unfortunately I've only lost like 3 pounds since lol Oh well....it'll be aiight!

Hm...I don't think I'm getting a fill til the end of October!

This summer, my heaviest was 330 (possibly a few more pounds than that). I worked my butt off to be down to 315 before I started the pre-op diet. While on liquids for two weeks, I lost 13 pounds before surgery. Woot! The day of surgery, I weighed in at 302. And today...3 weeks later I officially weigh 287!!! Since surgery, I've lost a total of 15 pounds. Since the beginning of my pre-op, I've lost a total of 28 pounds....and ALL TOGETHER, I've lost 43 pounds so far! :whoo: :whoo: :whoo: :whoo: :whoo: I'm on mushies right now....for at least another week, and then will be able to move to soft regular foods. Then finally, regular foods and a fill! Woot!!!! How is everyone else doing??

Just giving you all a quick update on Stevee...she's doing awesome. She called me a few hours ago while she was "awake" from the drugs....LOL She should be posting within a day or two

*sighs* I've lost ONE stupid pound this week....I assume it's from refried beans? An overload of them?? LOL Nah...I just need to walk more I think, though I'm walking about 1-2 miles a day!

I love me some Flinstone's Vitamins with Iron....they are the chewable kind!! LOL Such a kid, but they are yummie!
