  4. I'm just in shock that a doctor (even in Mexico) would do the procedure with a BMI of 22. That blows my mind. Who is this dr?? he needs to be reported.
  5. First day was a success not as bad as I thought. Just keep your eye on the prize hun. I know it's hard because food is such a huge part of our lives and we have an unhealthy relationship with food but it's a process . stay strong ! u can do this
  6. So far so good with the pre op diet. I'm on vacation in Miami so I'm pretty occupied I hope it stays this easy when I get back home ! I just keep thinking two weeks until my band. wow unreal
  7. Once again, anyone keeps replying, I'll keep replying. simple as that
  8. i don't wish I never said it. I wish I was more clear. I just thought a group of intelligent people would know that I wouldn't think a whole cheeseburger fell out of someone's freaking stomach . but in a way I kind of knew I would get the responses I did because I'm not a forum favorite around here lmao but idc..at all
  9. Thats so good to hear! I'm glad there are no serious problems . best of luck with your surgery
  10. any update ? hope all is well
  11. It's just annoying when I've stated that obviously a whole cheeseburger didnt fall out & people keep trying to explain to me things I already know . So yes I'm going to defend myself. But my life real life is absolutely amazing(aside from being fat ) so something I'm doing must be working right.
  12. Literally 2 hours ago I told my neighbor about my surgery and she goes "that makes you bulliemic you know that right" Honey don't listen to other and thier negativity ! best of luck on your journey.
  13. That is a fear of mine also. but I am going to follow my pre-oop diet too a T so i should stop worrying lol
  14. I cant wait to be able to cross my legs ! oh & not have so many aches and pains. I am ONLY 22 !!! i shoud not feel like this. Every since having my child I am choosing to take back control of my life not only for myself but so I can be here in the future for my great grandbabies. I am young I have alot going for me for being 22. Ive accomplished alot and want to accomplish so much more I dont need these extra 100lbs holding me back!
  15. Your tottally not a baby ! People just tolerate pain different and we all heal differently. Nurses commmonly neglect ourselves for others (not saying thats a good thing but it happens). I cant answer your question about swelling but I just want too assure you your not a baby & your smart for not pushing yourself too far !
