The Bible in Matthew 12:29 states how can the strong man bind you unless he spoil all your goods!! Well I'm letting the enemy know that he can no longer spoil any of my goods!! I'm starting my weight loss Journey June 5th and I am weak because of the liquid diet but I am also stronger in spirit nothing or no one can break me!!! I will make my goal and serve my purpose!! I will no longer be bond by the strong man with this junk food!! I'm going to defeat any negative vibes and do this thing!! I'm so ready for a change!! Because all change has to be good or it's not really a change!! Be Blessed and Be strong!! If you fall get back up and start again!! Don't Ever Be Bond By any strong Hold!! LETS DO THIS!!!!!

I always feel dizzy on this pre-op liquid diet!! Has anyone expereince this?

The liquid diet is rough but you can do it!! I am on it now and holding on tight for one week now!! I feel great!!

I don't have that problem!! Thank God for now!! Giving up Sex & Food for awhile!!

Well my surgery is in 8 more days and I am ready!! The only thing that I worry about is getting menstrual period on the day of the surgery or after because I always have horrible cramps but I am ready!!! I have eaten nothing but liquids and look at junk food as a thing of the past!! I am so focused right now its disgusting!! My sister asked me if I am going to be a Mess with all the weight off and I said No I am going to Be Blessed once the weight is off and there is a difference!! My life as I know it is going to start and loving me will continue to grow!!! I will no longer hurt :ph34r: myself to the worlds way of eating!!! :wub:

I am also on the liquid diet and surgery date is June 5th holding on strong!! I look at food now as a weapon and choose to stay away!1 These liquids are something else!!

Wow I can't believe that I am still hanging on strong with this liquid diet!! I am not giving into the enemy of food!! I am so ready for this June 5th Surgery!! Went to the Dr. yesterday for Medical Clearance and I lost 9 pounds already!! I am so focused and ready to be fierce!! Every time I want to eat I keep telling myself Nope God brought me this far I know he can take me all the way!!! I'm so focused so focused so focused and I am not turning back to the old me!!!

Learn to ignore the negative energy you know some people where placed in our lives to be negative and discourage us!! She is completing her goal making you feel bad!! Learn to trust in God and ignore those who have no purpose in your life but to bring you down!! If they cant add positive to your life then delete them!!!! delete delete delete!!! I think you are doing a great job and look great and I dont even know you!!!!!!!

It was as if I was suppose to see your message!! Listen God has your back no matter what but I think that its sad that you dont have your back! The Bible says that God will give you strength is you only believe the size of a muster seed but thats the problem you have no faith in you!! Stop blaming unemployment, graduation, a job, and others for your failures and learn to take responsibility for your self!! You can change your life or you can complain about your life if you dont like your situation then change it!! Just ask God for the strength and he will take you to the next level!! we all have challenges on this journey but the goal is to encourgae one another when we fall and help each other get back up. My Best Friend received the Gastric Bypass and loss alot of weight she struggled with herself for many years since we were in first grade! Now she is acting some what like a super model thinking that she is Gods gift to men!! She has this attitude like every man must eat out of her plate and its her way or no way!! Her behavior gets to me!! Is this normal?
