What types of liquid are you allowed? I start mine in 2.5 weeks

Are there any Arkansas sleevers here...pre or post op? June 25 for me...5 more weeks Seems like forever!

I start my 2 week liquid diet in 2 weeks...dreading it. Just going to try and keep my eyes on the goal.

Im having a lot of stress at work this week and eating anything and everything in sight. Its eith eat or cry. Will this affect me on my 2 week diet...I start it on June 11.

If so, what was your experence , how long was the hospital stay and what did you buy for the 2 week pre surgery?

Ive had other operations but for some reason I'm afraid of not waking up and dying on the table. Surgery is 4 weeks out and I'm not backing down but still makes me tense up to think about it. Anyone else have these fears before surgery?

I would like some advise on this also. I start my pre op "liquid" diet in 3 weeks. I get butterflies in my stomach when I think about it.

I bought beginners Zumba. When is it ok to try it after surgery? How long did you stay in the hospital?

Work in an office in front of a computer 8 hours a day. I weigh 327 and had a knee scope done two months ago which didnt help much. At my weight and other hurdles where and how much d I exercise?

Did they see the hernia during your egd?

My date is June 25. Ive cried and smilef so much this past week feeling the date will never get here and even if it does what if i dont lise the 130 lbs... Just stressed. So much my anxiety keeps my stomach upset 24/7. Im a lurker right there with you. . Angie

I feel the same way. I didnt tell my husband until the date was set. My dad still does not know. I will tell him after Ive loat the weight. He is totally against it. My mom daughter son husband and 4 co workers are all that know. Only reason they know is because I will need off. I requested a week. I have a sit down office job so i hope i will be ok after one week.

I cried too. Surely they womy leave it at that. I need a happy ending!

Thank you for the encouragment. I weigh 326 today. No encouagment from my husband who thinks its a waste of time. He is 6'7 abt 275 so he justdoes not understand. I thought about starting the liquid diet early with replacing two meals until i start the pre diet. At least I would be doing something other than waiting.

My sleeve is scheduled for June 25. Today was a rough day at work so I thought I would take some me time before heading home. My thoughts were to find something I thought was beautiful in a size 12. The more I looked the more my mind told me there is no way you will ever be in a 12. I would like to end up in a 10. Everytime I saw myself in a mirror I would just cringe. I came home crying. I feel my dream will never get here. I need some type of encouragment that this dream will come true.

EGD was fine. Some irritation in the linung but otherwise looked ok. He too a biopsy for some type of bacteria. Trst took about 3 hoirs start to finish. Ive slept 4 hours since I got home. Still draggy but smiling.

Sleeve surgery is June 25. Stomach pains and vomiting caused the EGD to be moved up. Im so excited about neing thin my heart flutters with joy constantly. Lost close to 15 lbs in the past 3 weeks from stomach problems. Any suggestions for preparing for the liquid pre diet?
