Any Pre-Op Diet Advice?

I start my pre-op diet tomorrow and I am NOT looking forward to feeling like I will starve to death!

Any advice? i.e. better tasting options, seasoning green veggies, etc

Real quick, How long are you going to be on the diet for?

What kind of pre-op as well? Some do liquid, some do low carb, some only have 1 day of clears.

I would like some advise on this also. I start my pre op "liquid" diet in 3 weeks. I get butterflies in my stomach when I think about it.

Well with the 2 week liquid diet I can tell you about. It's not easy. The hardest is the first 3 days. This was my thought and seems to be the consensus. After those first 3 days of your mind and body rebelling it eases up. Just stick to it. It's worth it. I lost 20 pounds during this time. Good luck :-)

It's a liquid with a cup of green veggies a day for 2 weeks. Seems like waaaay too little for anyone so if I survive 3 days... :D

You're gonna question if it's worth it. You're gonna bargain with yourself... If I only eat one burger, no one will know... Keep strong. At least you get a cup of veggies... I still haven't had that much and I'll be 5 weeks Thursday lol
