  1. The depression is the hardest for me. I can for go the food aspect but can't get past the crying for no reason and being angry all the time. Going to GYN next week in hopes of getting the hormones under control and moving forward. Love the sleeve but I'm probably morning the loss of my life as I knew it before surgery. My poor husband thinks I have lost my mind.
  2. Had surgery 4/3/12 and have battled depression almost entire time. Anyone else had this problem?
  3. Excercising 5-5 days a week. So darn frustrating!
  4. Im 55yo and I'm battling a 5 week stall. It is so frustrating, especially since I have been following all the rules. Sleeved on 4/3 and have lost 38 lbs, any suggestions to break the stall?
  5. Haven't lost any weight since May 15th. Doing everything I'm suppose to, I'm so frustrated. Eating about 500-800 calories and drinking water. Vitamins are a problem can't remember to take the consistently. Exercising and weight training, what else can I do????
  6. I'm three months out and have not vomited once. I'm a surgical RN and this is very abnormal. She needs to seek medical help. It could be an eating disorder as well. She needs help this is very harmful to her heart and other organs.

  8. I know how you feel it will get better. I go out to eat with my husbandxandcwe share an entree which works out great. Hang in there it gets better!
  9. Don't know what's going on with me. I have a wonderful job, make a great income, have a wonderful husband but I'm feeling very depressed. My weight loss has been ok, maybe on the slow side but I have lost 35 lbs since mid March. Had sleeve 4/3. I don't have any energy or zeal for life. Is this normal at this point.
  10. There are some really good meds that control restless leg. You may need to try a couple different ones to find the one that works best for you.
  11. Surgery was 4/3/12 and I have been battling one stall after another. Lost 2lbs May 15 and as of today I'm down 5lbs. So a total of 7lbs for May. Not rapid weight loss but I'll take it.
  12. OMG I have been doing the same thing, losing the same pound over and over again. I have been stalled for 3 weeks. It is driving me crazy. I have been drinking my water and protein as well as walking and Zumba.

  15. My sleeve was 4/3 and I have lost 25 lbs but I haven't lost anything in over 10 days. It's very frustrating for sure but I'm not exercising like I should. I work to many hours!
  16. Before sleeve: 217 After Sleeve: first week 208 Surgery date: 4/3/12
  17. I'm 6 days post-op and no stool of any kind. Should I be concerned?
