Soooo Frustrated

Haven't lost any weight since May 15th. Doing everything I'm suppose to, I'm so frustrated. Eating about 500-800 calories and drinking water. Vitamins are a problem can't remember to take the consistently. Exercising and weight training, what else can I do????

I think you need to eat more, whenever I have a stall, I up my calories and start losing again. Also, make sure you are getting enough water...sooo important. Good luck!

Set an alarm on your phone to remind you to take your Vitamins.

Other than that be patient. keep your calories up rather than down - but focus on protien.

Get a tight tshirt so yo ucan confirm you are still losing inches - I bet you are.

STAY THE COURSE! stick in there! Just wait it out. Yo uhave this wonderful tool that keeps you from feeling starved.

Just go as you would - read your books, see your counselor or attend some meetings, etc.

And again, just wait it out - you now have the power to beat the stalls.

My doc told me that if I exercise and only eat 600 calories and burn 200 then I need to eat a minimum of 800 net calories! You have got to up your calories!! Meaning eat 1200 burn 400 your set at 800 :)
