Thank you everyone for your words of encourgement. I stil feel nervous. My fiance asked me if I wanted to cancel and I said no. I know I am making the right decision for myself. Struggling with my weight my whole life. Its time for a change. My new life begins tomorrow. I need to be at the hospital at 10am and my surgery is at 11:30am. I know the Lord will be with me tomorrow as he always is. I will keep everyone posted here on my progress and my experience. Thank you again everyone and pray for me :0)

Okay I tried one they taste okay...but they do have a slight after taste of like medicine almost...I'm guessing from the protein... lol

Well, how can I start...I'm a nervous wreck...anxious...I kept having nightmares about the surgery last night...I'm scared of the pain I might feel...scared something might go wrong...my mind is racing...I have such a bad headache because I'm thinking so much...I wanna calm down and feel relaxed but I can't...I never had surgery so that's why I'm freaking out...please help...need some words of encouragement :0(

The flavors they have are tropical fruit and cherry punch.

I was checking the ingredients on the labels and it states it contains whey protein isolate...not sure my fiance has been buying the brand Pure Protein for awhile now and he loves them.

I havent tried them yet. I bought everything before rushing off to work. But as soon as I taste it I will let all of you know of my taste reveiw lol...Oh and thank you!!!

Hello Everyone, I was shopping for my food and Protein today for my surgery that Im having on Wednesday and I found this amazing product at GNC. Maybe some of you have heard of them but I sure havent. LOL . I wanted to share this info with all of you!!!!! Its called Pure Protein..Protein snack Jello...They have 23 grams of protein in just a jello!!!! I thought these were so cool. lol I hope this helps some of you when your shopping for your food items :0)

I'm 24...I weigh 247 and I'm 5' in height. My surgery is this coming Wednesday and I have been thinking about the "skin" issue once I start losing the weight. I hope I won't have a huge problem with that.

Some doctors use a drain some doctors dont. Im have my surgery on 4/11 and my doctor told me that I wouldnt have a drain

Omg I am the same way with needles too...I'm can barely sleep now knowing that my surgery is just around the corner, April 11th....everytime I get my blood work done Im terrified...no joke

From The Bronx too :0)...My surgery is on the same day as yours!!! I have to call the day before surgery to find out what time I need to go in. So excited and so nervous lol...exactly a week away!!!

I haven't had surgery yet...my surgery is on April 11th...pretty soon...I'm hoping to post something up while I'm in the hospital on how everything goes...so for the people who do have questions I can help out :0)

They found the same thing with me too...you should be fine for surgery.

My doctor stated I won't be having one...like Foxbins said I guess it all depends on the doctor.

I know its in my mind everyday now that the day is getting close...what are you eating for your preop diet?
