  6. Thank you all so much for the insight! What is the specific models of juicers you all have. I really want to get one today. I think one glass of juice a day would be so beneficial In the nutrient department, since we can only eat small quantities.

  9. The juicer where you put whole veggies in and it makes it a concentrated juice. Not like a citrus juicer , but a health juicer like a juice man. I wouldn't juice a lot of fruits but wonder if anyone else uses something like that?
  10. Hi everyone! Does anyone juice?? Thoughts and what brand of juicer do you have?? Thanks for any insight! Lori
  11. I go to Suncoast Bariatrics Address: 900 Carillon Pkwy # 401, St. Petersburg, FL 33716 Phone: (727) 289-7137 Dr. Jesse. They have everything you need right on site. LOVE them!! Good luck!
  12. Slider food refers to food you can chew and it slides right past your band. It's not good because it does not keep you full and negates the band.
  13. Hi Everyone! I am in the purée phase post op. I was looking through my hand book and can't find the calorie count for this period. Does anyone know? Thanks!
  14. Dawn, Sure is! I felt super full after a little bit of drinks. The swelling goes down and you lose that stuffed feeling. Good Luck!
  15. Can you guys PLEASE add me I need some inspiration:) username: loreneclarke
  16. I love parmesan cheese crackers. Just put parchment paper on a cookies sheet. Oven at 375. Pile shredded parm on the sheets like little hay stacks put in the oven for about 8 minutes cool and enjoy. Bakes a lot of the fat off and virtually no carbs!

  18. Oh so glad to find this thread!!! I am hurting banded a week ago and exhausted from the diarrhea. I need help:(
  19. Oh my goodness yes. I eat and have a BM so much so I don't wanna leave the house directly after eating. It's been kind of miserable. I had some mild hives after my pain meds that went away with Benadryl. Nothing like a severe anaphylaxis or anything just enough to notice.
  20. Hmmm My doctor allows pudding, yogurt, and cream of wheat, in addition to full liquids. No problems so far!
