  2. Thank you all so much for the insight! What is the specific models of juicers you all have. I really want to get one today. I think one glass of juice a day would be so beneficial In the nutrient department, since we can only eat small quantities.
  3. The juicer where you put whole veggies in and it makes it a concentrated juice. Not like a citrus juicer , but a health juicer like a juice man. I wouldn't juice a lot of fruits but wonder if anyone else uses something like that?

  5. Slider food refers to food you can chew and it slides right past your band. It's not good because it does not keep you full and negates the band.
  6. Hi Everyone! I am in the purée phase post op. I was looking through my hand book and can't find the calorie count for this period. Does anyone know? Thanks!
  7. Dawn, Sure is! I felt super full after a little bit of drinks. The swelling goes down and you lose that stuffed feeling. Good Luck!

  9. Oh my goodness yes. I eat and have a BM so much so I don't wanna leave the house directly after eating. It's been kind of miserable. I had some mild hives after my pain meds that went away with Benadryl. Nothing like a severe anaphylaxis or anything just enough to notice.
  10. Hmmm My doctor allows pudding, yogurt, and cream of wheat, in addition to full liquids. No problems so far!
  11. HI everyone, I was banded on the 18th. The heating pad was absolutely my best friend. Feeling better today, will we always burp as much as we are now. Is anyone else HUNGRY? I had a hernia repair too so that is where most of my pain is coming from. Went out today for a bit, but just feel exhausted. What is everyone drinking on there liquid diets? Good Luck everyone!
  12. Have you been taking Gas X every 4-6 hours? Also getting up walking and a warm shower on your belly will help too. I was banded on the 18th
