wow i go to work for 4 hrs... and i miss almost 3 pages This is what i had today... 1/4c protein drink, 1/2 cblack bean soup (it is pureed) 1/4 c protin drink and 1/3 c refried beans and salsa... and 80oz water. roughly 650 cals and 64g protein. I am head hungry, or not really hungry, wanted to eat when I walked into work. that is a huge problem So when I was at work that guy called me to let me know the Partners of the law firm have my resume... holy shit.. pray for me gals, I so need and want this ... I do have attorney references and the executive director of the bar association on my side.. I am going to take a bath and relax... maybe... watching never been kissed.. love that movie. is it spring yet? Tracyks - what kind of drinky poo????

well gals just applied for a few jobs, worked on my bathroom a little and now off to shower and head to work... I applied for a job with crap pay but incentive plan at a credit union which i would be perfect for - and talked to another employment agency. lalalalalalala... I just requested info from the Plastic Surgery Group here in Albany. I told them I was about 25lbs away from my personal wl goal and when should I meet, I'm self pay so cost is key so i can know what i'm looking at and time frame. LOL Kat i'm cracking up, my dd's friend had 6 siblings... all boys, they just had another baby and finally .... another girl. They are from highschool to 3 months old... 6 boys and 2 girls. they had the 6th boy about 6 mos after dylan I thought I was insane, but ds is going to be going to school with lots of kids who dd is going into highschool with. It was such a reality check yesterday, I got a letter in the mail about high school orientation next week and another letter about Kindergarten registration... Pam I'll be at work but it is very slow this time of year, and at 7pm... even worse... call if you would like ,the number i had out there is my cell So, Remember that horrible pain in my side that I did not mention to my Dr. Yest. I already had severe damage from a bad roll over accident years ago, but have not felt like this since in labor 4 1/2 years ago. Denise - glad you dd's are both doing well, I was sick for the entire 9 months, lost 23lbs with dd and only gained 20 with ds and that was the last 2 months I hope Macy is feeling better. We just watched Good Luck Chuck, it was cute It is just so cold here... I am going to head to bed shortly. Survived day 1 of no food, had 1/4 c soup for dinner, cream of potato with 1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese... and then i has 1/4 c sf pudding with protein powder. sipping lots of water today. I am just thrilled. I'm glad i got my fill... Long overdue... i needed this reality check well, i hope that something today has paid offl Monday starts the Y full time again and I'm taking my dr's advice and hitting the tanning bed. I may be a slight fat ass in May but I'll be a tan one. LOL kidding gals night

I can't wear it because I'm boobie deprived. I got it last year, wore it to Myrtle beach 1 time, had surgery when I got home and that was the end of that. Hi gals was shopping over the weekend... Target has swimsuits out. I am going to get one very soon. I usually get Tankini and they have nice boy shorts and skirted bottoms.... they also have very cute coverups. Lucky for me I am wearing a lg/xlg depending on what they are so I'm all over that for our trip. They are little cotton sundresses. I'll probably get a lg and might even get a few sun dresses for our trip. I love the quality of target's suits .... just thought i would pass that along

morning gals dr day for me

mom is stressing about her money so she is freaking about me going away. she was all for it and now has me feeling like shit about it. she will get over it and not to worry about that... just want her to be excited about something for me... everything I suggest for me to do or that i get excited about she puts down. My dad talks to me like I'm 2 and they wonder why I don't know what direction I'm going in or where to start.

That is so odd... people just decided they were going to camp out there? and no one would say anything? Well, i'm going to watch Medium and hit the sack. Going to dr tomorrow and who knows where that is going to lead. pray for me

I am running to pick up my mom at the airport... I just quick threw on a pot of chili so we can eat when we get back 2 cans kindey beans 1 can chili beans (similar to kidney but flavored) 1 can sauce 1 pkg of turkey meat 1 pkg of hot chili seasoning 1 small onion dash of pepper boiled it in a pot and now in the crock pot so will be done by time we get home. I had 2 protein shakes today... 200 cals each with 26g protein each, and the chili is about 16g/ 1/2 cup. Pray for a fill... I'm starving all day and so hard not to eat when you know you can...
