Shannon, I got a powder at Walmart, it is not that bad for what it is, but I make yogurt shakes with it, but recently started making sf pudding and mixing in powder when I am about to eat it so 2 servings of pudding and powder is about 150 cals and about 26g protein per serving and i feel like I'm eating and not just drinking, which is what I'm going to do today. Tracyk - yes he was so cute, I was home in time to see him. I am trying to get Carrie Underwood tickets for Feb 19. I did feel great yesterday, I felt like the guy who I interviewed with was so happy to see someone who dressed professionally. My friend who referred me there is great but she is like me, low confidence and dresses like she is stuck in the 90's so she is working an $11/hr job with this company and from what I've seen out there, that is why i would have been happy with $15/hr. Shit... now that I know what I can really get I'm thrilled. The guy who interviewed me also placed a lot of employees that I worked with at my last job, after I left the broker closed its doors - so he knew that I could not verify that job and knew what a horrible place it was. just pray, i'm calling him at 9. Well i'm off to get my ds up so i can take him to the sitter. I am going to try to get some things around the house done today that I just have not felt like doing.

Morning gals nope... don't know how that got there but is kind of funny Terry - it would be so good, ,and what i need to get me motivated again. I try but it is so hard working around food 40 hrs a week. I need coffee...

Terry I could look into PA - on the 250 deals there were lots of pa deals - there were also deals to Boston too As for money it is a slight issue for me too but I dont' care... not just with surgery i've had a rough few years and just need to take care of me, but on the other hand i can't be nuts either. ok ... i might want to puke, but if I could be heavily drugged and promised that you gals will not let me freak out and get arrested... i would consider going to San Antonio.... I am talking serious drugs and Michelle would have to fly with me... i will drive to her. I really liked Terry's rafting, cowboys and music and fun... I would love to be closer where I could drive but I am not getting any feedback on that. As I type this I am feeling horribly sick to my stomach I just went on to Southwest and for $600 I can get airfair, hotel for 3 nights. The room is booked as 2 person which to me means that I get a room and split the cost to share a room? I would have to be seriously drugged... seriously.... I'm already changing my mind how about this suggestion.... how about everyone list what they are looking for 3 quality of a trip such at warmth? activities? gamgling? type of hotel? pool? hot tub? private rooms? maybe if we pick a direction we can narrow something down... yes i've already changed my mind about flying

hi gals just getting in from work and wanted to check in. Do I dare jinx myself and tell you all about my interview today. It was an initial interview with a placement service and I was thinking i'd be lucky with $15 an hour which is the middle of where i was and where I am... well this job i'll hear more about tomorrow morning pays $45,000/yr with medical and full benefits including 401k... HOLY SHIT....it has been so long since I made that... I might actually get my life back!!!!! He has another receptionist position which I would not really want but that even pays $38,000... to answers phones and be nice... are you kidding????? My hair ... well, words cannot describe. IT IS BEAUTIFUL and gave me such confidence for my interview. she lightned up the black (now it is chocolate) and then colored my entire hair dark brown and put a few blonde highlights with chocolate and red highlights mixed in...It is just amazing, then i put on a pr of pants I bought at the end of Sept and they were snug... well i wish i lost more but they looked freaking great too. I needed to walk into an interview feeling hot and I did! Well, family court was cancelled for tomorrow, now we get to go on Vanentine's day but... we can have all the little details worked out and go in and be done. well i'm off to bed, this week has sucked the life out of me

Myrtle Beach Bike Week is May 9-18

i really want to go i have thrown out some ideas but here goes again Atlantic City MD Beach area (Bethany Beach, Ocean City) VA Beach Area Mohegan Sun or Foxwood (they are opening an MGM as part of Foxwood) in CT Realistically, for a 3 day weekend, I can drive 10 hrs, 15 max if i give an extra day for travel 10hrs from me is over to Chicago and 10hr south is VA Beach. Everything else is in the middle for me. That is the best I can do

hi gals it has been an absolutely horrible week but I do have a job interview tomorrow afternoon with a temp agency but the job is a closing coordinator for an attorney so it might be great. My #1 reference is the Executive Director of the NYS Bar Association and 15 years of mortgage experience so pray for me, i need to get out of my stepmoms, not only because i'm not loosing an ounce - but for emotional reasons i can't even get into. I have court on Thursday and spent most of today fighting with dbf. (shhhhhhhhh don't tell... I won!) So court is going to be a nightmare anyway, it always is, so I just need this eek to be over. anyway, just needed to vent and get it out. won't bother you all with my petty bs

just fooling around looking at thing that are affordable and relaxing, and fun, and has shopping. I just posted a resort I found on Lake George which is 20 mins away from the casino and outlet malls. Downtown Saratoga has lots of nice outside type shops and night life. My step brother owns a limo company so a night out with not having to drive would be an option too/
