  1. Wow. That will be an exciting day! Great job!
  2. My phone app said 700 but I wasn't sure either. The jello was regular though--not sugar free. I've for to buy some sf!!!
  3. I was very nauseous as well. Banded on Tuesday. Dr gave me a scopolamine patch and phenergan. That kicked it.
  4. I haven't been a bit hungry and am post op day 3. Today I did het down 3/4 of a protein shake, a little gelatin and about 1/3 cup of tomato soup for dinner. But if I tried to eat anything else I know I'd be miserable. My only concern is that this is around 700 calories and that seems extreme. No saline in my band either.
  5. I had surgery on March 20, and am on full liquids now. I don't have any fill yet but I feel pretty restricted--from swelling I guess. So excited to see how much of this weight I can get rid of. Start weight: 255 Goal weight: 150
  6. I'm only a couple of days post op and yes I feel the tubing or something move around when I move. Is a weird feeling!
  7. I was banded on march 20. I wanna be in the group too please!!!!! I'm not sure how you all are getting in all the Protein. I drank 3/4 of a shake at Breakfast and then I was full. I felt a little woozy and my heart was beating hard so I layer down for just a bit. I do feel better now but don't feel like drinking.
  8. Me too. I like it too much to drink it at all!
  9. I had my surgery on Tuesday as well. Today I feel much better. I'm not running laps or anything but am much better. One thing though: so far all I have eaten is tomato soup and been drinking water. My stomach or intestines are gurgling and I've has 3 episodes of very loose stool/diarrhea. I think this is probably normal. Anyone else had this issue?
  10. I was banded on Tiesday. Lots of nausea and vomiting after surgery--think it was from anesthesia since this is my 1st surgery. Home last night and had to take pain pill and phenergan last night. Am drinking and was able to eat about 1/2 cup of tomato Soup earlier for lunch. I do feel odd in my stomach, like I know the band is there. Does anyone else feel that?
  11. I'm in Louisville KY. On my way to the hospital now.
  12. I will begin my journey tomorrow. Am excited, nervous and hopeful. My doctor didn't put me on a pre-surgery diet so I've had the "last supper" thing going for a month. I'm nervous about being able to stop. I will keep you all updated and look forward to getting to know you! Pre-surgery weight=250 pounds.
