I'm in lake Stevens and having my sleeve done by dr michaelson at NWWLS...on aug 30th!!!

I am so nervous...I couldn't eat today except a few corn chex and then I almost threw up!!!
The day has finally come and I'm scared I will get there and chicken out.
I told myself if anything was wrong with my blood tests I'd follow thru with surgery.
Well I'm anemic, Vitamin D deficient, my B-12 is on the lowest end of normal, my triglycerides are high and my cholesterol is a bit above normal!!!
I thought I was healthy but lazy...I told my hubby it's not me being lazy I really am tired lol
Well I will post as soon as I feel good enough!
For all those getting sleeved today I am praying that you all have uneventful surgeries and perfect, painless recoveries!!!

This is what is wrong with America, all the good healthy food- fruits and veggies- are to expensive to buy. So many people have to eat cheaper which means bad choices...this is one major reason for the rise in childhood obesity. If a family has $12 to.eat dinner, they can either all eat off the dollar menu at mcdonalds or buy like a few apples and potatoes. Sorry I went so deep...haha

I had a friend who decided to get banded and she quit talking to me a few years ago. It was like she cut out her "overweight" friends. Makes me sad!
