I guess I will try!! I am addicted to that stupid thing and it hasn't gone down in over a month!!!! This morning's weight: 170

I have not lost 100 just 65 but I am planning on losing another 20; I am kinda content where I am for now. But, I know in the future I will want to lose more. I have scheduled a fill for August 16th thinking that I will be ready then. I am needing this time for my brain that keeps saying I am a fat cow to catch up with my body. I plan on posting a new picture of me soon. Chopped the hair off too!! You too will be here soon!!

Delarla, Thanks for crying, but I have had my band almost and year and was a size 22. So in a year when you are wearing a size 10 I will cry for you too!!

Thanks Lisa-Delarla......I like the one that is black with white and blue; I need a size 10 and the smallest is a 16; do you know if they have smaller sizes? As far as holding me "up" I am trying to talk my hubby into letting me get a boob reductionlift. Kinda seems like a waste of money when I only need them to lift when I wear a bathing suit. If I could find a bathing suit to hold them up like my bra does I would be in good shape!!!!

Donali--- Does it hold you "up" all day?

Thanks for posting the place to purchase and the name brand. I am a 36DD and I need to buy a swimsuit; any suggestions for one that will hold you up. Most of the time I on a bra in the store and it holds me up, and then I get home and wear it for an hour and they are back at my belly button!!! I will be going to Lane Bryant's and getting me one of those!! Donali, if you get a chance go to Lane Bryant's web site and click on the bras and tell me exactly which one it is. By the way, they are buy one get the other for 12 off!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice to see you here. I was banded by Dr Spiegel on Aug 20th of last year. I am down 65 lbs and want to lose another 20-30. Wish you luck!!

Her Dr is the same as mine and he has never said anything to me about my weight loss and she is losing about the same as I was when I was 3 months out. He defintely knows the difference from the band and the gastric bypass. She has been really upset about him taking out her whole fill. She did get an appt for the 19th at 3:30 to get a fill. I am pretty sure he will do it for her. He has so many patients that he won't remember and I am sure he didn't write it in her chart.

My sister has the band and was wondering if any one else has had a hard time losing weight with the band if they have had a hysterectomy? She has lost 30 lbs in 3 months and I think she is doing great!! But, the Dr. wasn't real pleased with her loss. She recently went in to get a little of her fill taken out cause she couldn't eat anything and he took all of it out and told her she had to lose 10 lbs before he will give her another fill. But, we were wondering if her hormones had anything to do with it?? Thanks ya'll!!!

Donali, I will take them all, just to get them out of your back. I have not been to the other board, and I am thankful that I never got in over there. You are an inspiration to all of us!! I know that anytime I post a question or need something that I can always count on you to answer me. You hang in there and hold your head high. Remember, EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON!!!!!!!

OK!! I can't join in the hair dying, I had blue, purple, green and turquoise hilites and my hair dresser won't let me put any more bleach on my hair...but I can sing...oh wait...was that a frog croaking.....

I know I shouldn't be saying this and giving bad advice; I don't even know if you consider 65 lbs a "big" weight loss, but I drink with my meals and have since day one. I feel the knives being thrown at me. I can't help it; I have to drink when I eat.

Let's do it!!!!!!!! I say at Delarla's house!! I think that could be fun. Just bring a bottle or 2 of champagne to get in the door!! Really, let's do it. I am sure we could do this more often and maybe get frequent flyer miles.

Oh My I am normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D We are forever going to the mall and my husband said the other day, what are you looking at the woman for? and I told him that is what I wanted to look like.
