  1. It's great to hear about the non scale wins, I can't wait for these to start for me. I get banded on the 13th march. The one Most want is the seat belt on a plane but hopefully by July I won't need an extention. Keep sharing your stories.
  2. That's great to hear as my surgeon said to take 2 weeks. And by the sounds of things that will be right x my ops onthe 13th march
  3. My surgery date is march 13th too in the uk just got my letter this morning x my pre op diet is low carb and High protien lots of water. It will be fab to have a buddy at the same stage x
  4. Just got my date will be banded on the 13th march very excited. Will keep in touch ad it's great to know others from the uk x
  5. I am on a low carb, high protien pre op diet no more than 40 grams of carbs a day and drinking plenty water. It's amazing how many things have carbs in them!
  6. I am also new to the site and due to be banded on 13th march it's great to share experiences with others I am in scotland and everyone had slight differences depending where they are in the world. Really excited and looking forward to the rest of my journey.
