  3. I had my surgery done 6 months ago, lost 64 pounds. I had a fill done about two weeks ago now at 5.8 in my band. The restriction is really now kicking in, and I am every couple of days being sick with mucas. Sorry I know disgusting!! I am due another fill in two weeks and not sure if to have it done? What do you think. Thanks for all help given

  6. I love the mini meals from Marks and spencers. They do shepards pie, Cumberland pie and fish pie. Also have become very good at homemade soup.
