  4. My doc told me no bread. Believe me it was hard at first but I ok with it now. He said because of the gumming feeling it gets when it is wet and just clog the band.

  6. I'm not sure why docs are so different. I know it is hard but hang in there and remember there is a reason he gave you these guidelines. Good luck!
  7. I didn't have a fill at my first appt but I did the second one. I was not to eat 2 hours prior and on liquids for 2 days and then mushies for 2 days. I was nervous but it was all for nothing. the NP felt around, gave me my fill and I was done. Good luck!
  8. I had my surgery on a Friday and went back to work on Tuesday. I was still a little gassy but it was bearable. Hope this helps.

  10. Sorry to hear about your situation. Alcohol has a ton of calories which could be a factor for not losing weight. Also if you are not getting what you want from your doctor then yes I would find another one. I have been blessed with my doctor and so I know there are good ones out there. Good luck!

  21. Sounds like you are eating too fast. Slow down and take your time. Wait a minute between each bite. Remember it should take you about 20 minutes to eat a meal. Good luck...
  22. If you are really concerned call your doctor. The best thing is to walk around. This helped me so much. Good luck!
