  1. Thank you guys for your responses and advise:)
  2. OMG sounds like a nightmare!!! What foods are more likely to get stuck? At least in your experience?
  3. Hi everyone!! Since I am a new bandster and still in the mushy phase, I have no idea what a "stuck" episode feels like... What signs and symptoms should I be aware of?
  4. My left shoulder was a killer for 2 entire weeks....then it went away gradually.
  5. Awesome... Thanks for the ideas. Do soft cheeses also count as mushies? I'm dying for a little bite of mozzarella!
  6. Hi all!! I'm 3 weeks post op and need new ideas for mushies, been living on oatmeal, retried beans, and chicken salad put through food processor!! Oh yeah, can't forget the soups too!! Please advise......
  7. Hi there! I was also banded 2/14 and just this week am feeling the hunger growls.... Get 1st fill 3/19, and have lost 10 so far. Breakfast is 1 pack oatmeal w/half Greek yogurt mixed in to make it creamy and adds more protein. Lunch is 1/2 cup chicken/tuna/ or egg salad with a sugar free jello. Dinner same as lunch, but I will usually wait a bit and have a fatfree pudding instead of a jello. What are others eating???
  8. Maybe its just tears of pure joy to a new beginning!!!
  9. Hi sue, when u say "shifted, what exactly do u mean? I'm getting banded 2/15 and I'm just trying to learn the "lingo"...
