  14. I eat first thing in the morning then wait 30-40 minutes and start on a Protein shake! I just went in for my 6 month appt. (early) and she told me since I was working out it would be fine to have both breakfast and a shake because it will boost metabolism! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  15. My ex friend had that done....biggest mistake she still regrets it and her surgery was April 17th! She can't eat but a bite here and there and throws up all the time! She already has had an endoscopy and found out she's got gastritis which is the beginning of an ulcer!   23. I 2nd John! At first I didn't always chew good enough and it used to always come back up in my throat even Water sometimes! Sip and chew well! Don't drink and eat at the same time....try eating a bite and read a good book it helps to chew good and to take your time! Something that I had to learn the hard way!
