I just started going to Curves. So far I only go 2x a week and twice around the machines. I think this week Im ready to increase to 3x a week and 3 times around. I also walk on my treadmill on Sunday mornings 20-30 mins

Where the heck is he? Here in the Panhandle of Texas we're used to seeing major snow and blizzards and ice and all the other nasty stuff associated with Winter. We have not seen but a trace of snow and only 1 day of ice...Im not complaining, but this drought SUX! My yard is brown, dry and crunchy...blech! The forecast for Amarillo today...Sunny & 65 degrees! Great Harley riding weather for sure. I told hubby that God was smiling down on all the motorcycle owners. I hope Old Man Winter awakens from his autumn nap soon and blankets the top o texas with a foot of snow! We sure need some moisture!

When I had my GB out, my bellybutton also had a infection deep down. It took months to heal! Rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip for about 4 days did the trick for me :clap2:

We are riding/trailering/cruising in a 1 ton with bandster friends from here in the Panhandle. We have reserved a camping spot at the Buffalo Chip and hear that in itself is a wild time! LOL When the time gets closer, I'll make a new thread and we can all make plans to meet up at a Bandster friendly watering hole and maybe plan a ride! Bonnie
