  1. Your eating to much. Try 2 bites then wait 15 then 2 bites. Then thats pretty much it for 2 hours lol. Thats exactly how I do mine. I am a little less than 5 months pre op. 100lbs down so I am doing something right lol
  2. Well woke up today and I am there too. 100lbs down.
  3. Your working your scars. I would pay attention to them. The weights gonna fall off. I promise
  4. Know that most of yall on here are ladies. Ladies are always looming for perfection. I am in the learning phase of plastics. This is what I am looking for and links to go with it. Little or no scaring please 1.Tummy tuck procedures 2.Breast implants 3.Butt implants 4.Rhinoplasty-looking for a good doc for a flawless nose job No they are all not for me lol. If I wanted to be a TV it would but I am not. I am just researching for my wife and I. Thanks. Any point in the right direction would be helpfull.
  5. I have no clue but I am researching that right now. I have saw that they cut a woman c section scar and did a tummy tuck. Its on youtube. So I cant see why that would be a problem. But like I said I am researching atm so I should and will run across this somewhere.
  6. I didnt even know that they had a centry club. Well I am knocking on that door myself. 99lbs down as of today. But congradulations. Thats definitely a great feat.
  7. Did you notice your stance was better. Look at the 2 pics from behind. Look at your lower legs. Amazing to see cause I notice it in alot of peoples pics
  8. Heres the pics. Sorry it wont let me add just by editing
  9. I have been eating a South beach chocolate bar every morning and it seems to have helped. How odd. It might be just a placebo effect on me cause I read it but at this point every little bit helps hahaha
  10. What exactly are you eating? 2 weeks out. Damn 600 calories. I was lucky to get in 300 calories. Watch your sodium and carbs. Keep your sodium at a minimum. Never go over 1000mg if you can help it. Carbs 45 seems to be my sweet spot I know you cant eat anything yet but I enclosed some pics of my daily diet and nutritional info so you could see.
  11. I just started riding again. I traded in my Honda harley for a 2012 VRSCDX. I love that porsche. Just ordered some Tab performance slipons, SEPST, and an K&N air filter to start this baby off right. I had to change that exhaust cause it sounded to much like a import. Yes I cant leave well enough alone either. I have a bad habit of tearing down new motors and stroking them out. But this time a Trask turbo kit might be what I see for christmas
  12. Its not big kim anymore its medium kim lol isnt it a blessing how fast this works. Its awesome
  13. Sodium is really high in those. I love them but since my op ....nope off limits. I would stick to popscicles and juices
  14. I had a long stall also. About 6 weeks myself, then lost 14 pounds now stalled again. But I can see my body transforming thats the brightside. So I think were in the right track.
  15. Lmao your going to be the one. After a few times you wont be anymore lol. It usually takes me an hour to finish a 16oz bottle of Water. It takes me 2 hours to finish a 17oz EAS Protein shake. I used to down bottles of water, beer, cokes, oj and vodka...now lets just say slow and steady
  16. Nothing but popsicles and water the first week. But hell thats still in my daily diets even today. Love me some SF popsicles
  17. I am from the Lafayette area myself. The good thing for us is that our local seafood restaurants can grill everything they offer vs fried. A grilled seafood platter $26 bucks. But it lasts me 3 days. Not bad. I eat out all the time when home. But its always grilled seafood and only a couple bites at a time. Your gonna do good
  18. Hey I am 5'9" tall. I started at 329lbs in Feb of this year. Size 42 pants and XXXL shirts. I swear to you as long as you control your diet its fool proof. I exercise a bit but nowhere near what I should. I have a weird life. Nothings on a schedule besides my work and my workout days are hit n miss because of my job. I didnt buy any new clothes up until yesterday. I am in a XL shirt which is kinda loose but the Large is a little to tight. Now as far as pants. 34waist. Thats amazing. I am the same size as when I was 20 years old. Which is 12 years ago LoL. But I do have excess skin that I am dealing with. I didnt realize that I lost that much until yesterday. Just stick to the low carb, low fat high Protein diet and you will be golden. Remember you are the only person that can make this tool work. If you cheat thats going to lead to bad habits so treat all the bad stuff like its going to kill you. Works for me. Oh yeah I am married but I get hit on alot now. So thats verification enough for me Have a good journey
  19. Chocolate huh thats interesting
  20. What did you start at and what r u at now? I was sleeved in Feb and have lost 93lbs so far but I started at 329lbs. Now as of right now I am still losing but its really slow. You are probably like me and yearn for instant gratification. Well it doesnt work like that unfortunately. Most people get around their goal around 8-12 months. So keep this in mind, we still have 8 months to go. For me I have to pay close attention to Carbs, Fats, and sodium. Carbs and sodium for weightloss and fats to prevent gall bladder attacks. But it seems like once you get closer to 200lbs the weightloss slows. Well thats what I notice from my massive reading of other peoples journeys
