  2. CONGRATS! It does feel good to get those pesky old pounds off! LOL The rest will follow... Happy Holidays!
  3. I had a BMI of 36 and was the smallest person also. I felt really awkward but decided I was doing it for me and no one else. It got easier from then on.... Best decision I ever made.
  4. I really don't exercise like I need to. But I'm waking up in the morning lightheaded with a small HA. At first I thought I was dehydrated and so I have increased my fluid intake to about 70 oz a day. I eat about 1200 calories a day, mostly protein with few carbs. Does anyone experience this too? Or do you have any ideas what it's caused from? I am making an appointment with my PCP. Really would appreciate any feedback. Thanks! Happy Holidays!
  5. This is something that I struggle with on a continuous basis. I know that when I don't exercise, I have no energy. So now I'm making sure I walk on a daily basis even if it means going to the mall and fighting the looky lou's that stop suddenly which drives me crazy. But I have to do what I have to do. LOL..... I have not been using MFP in the past few weeks and will be getting back on track today. We can do this and will do it....
  6. Coops ~ I can't wait until I can see the results......I have come to the conclusion that my body is at it's set point and now I'm focusing on maintenance. You have been such a inspiration to me. I'm working on getting a face lift in about 6-8 months too. Let me know how it goes, I'm so excited for you.
  7. OMG moment! You look fantastic! CONGRATS! Your mom must of been blown away and your best friend didn't recognize you at first! That is truly the best NSV ever! Keep on Rockin that Sleeve!
  8. When working at home, your missing out on some of the social aspects of being at the work site. We all need some sort of interactions with others, and when we don't have the interactions, it can lead to depression. Also helps going into the job site because you get more movement.....your also away from home and the cues we get to eat. LOL.......I prefer to go into the office and be around my colleagues. Yep......When at work, take advantage of the social aspect of it too......very powerful..
  9. Amazing! I need to get back to the gym ASAP.

  15. I didn't plan my last meals because I knew they weren't my last meal. I did start eating 1/2 portions about 3 months pre-opt. I find it really helpful to just down size portions. Now my portions are really down sized.

Everyone here has given you the answer you wanted to hear, so now it's time to take care of you. Get out before you get hurt again. A wise woman takes care of them self. I thought it was dehydration but I get in 65ozs a day. LovieC: Congrats on your surgery. This is something that you might want to discuss with your surgeon and nut. Also, you might use My Fitness Pal (myfitnesspal.com) to count everything your eating to get a better pic. It is really important right now that your diet is mainly Protein to maximize weight loss.
